Payment must be received with registration in order to successfully register for this event! Information on how to become an NCAA Certified coach and register your roster with the NCAA is also listed.

Required Information for NCAA Certified Events

For all COACHES and TEAMS to participate in a NCAA certified event

COACHES

Read the information and then click either the U.S. Applicants or the Non U.S. Applicants button. Valid numbers will start with either a 2011or 2012. In order to sit on the bench, you must have a certification number (even book keepers). There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule!!!

1. Go to: https://screening.lexisnexis.com/eventcheck/ncaa.
2. Click the Apply for Approval button.
3. Complete the process as directed by the Web site.
4. Approval takes 7-10 days to process.
5. Approval is good for 2 years (the year approved and through December of the next year).

TEAMS

All teams participating at NCAA certified events must register online prior to reporting to participate in the event (no fee). In order to participate in the Boo Williams Nike Invitational, all participants must have high school eligibility remaining.  Any player who has exhausted their eligibility will not be allowed to participate in the event. All players must attend an NCAA educational session prior to their participation in their first game.

It is the responsibility of the coach that all required NCAA information is online.  If a team or coach is not eligible to participate there will be no refunds.

1. Coaches are expected to keep their online rosters updated and accurate with each player's information. This is the information that goes into the College Coaches Packet.
2. Each player must have their own address, telephone number and email address. If a coach is a parent or legal guardian then this information can be the same for the coach and the player. Otherwise players can not use coaches address,telephone number or email address except for own daughter.
3. Coaches will need to "Opt In" to all events in which the team will participate.
4. Must scroll to bottom and  select Save for operator to be able to view.

Failure to register or to submit all required information in the NCAA BBCS system will result in the team being denied participation in all NCAA certified events.

The Deadline to submit this information to guarantee that it makes it into the College Coaches Packet will be Friday April 13 at 11:59 PM.  After this date, we can not guarantee that your team will be in the Coaches packet.

Each player is only allowed to play for one team in the event and can only be on one roster.

IMPORTANT : Registration on NCAA Site does not Register Team for Event with Operator. 
And Registration on Operator Site does not register Team with NCAA.
